We want you to be fully satisfied with your KINTO products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original KINTO packaging, ensuring all fragile glass and ceramic components are securely protected.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
